Admissions Process

Submit all completed application forms and all additional required documentation, by email (applications@victoryhouse.co.za) or deliver hard copy to the school's front office.
You will receive feedback on your application within 5 working days from submission.
Additional Required Documentation
Please note that the following documents are also required to ensure a complete application:

A copy of the parent's identity document (parent responsible for the account).

A copy of the child's identity document or birth certificate.

A copy of the child's previous years (Term 4) report card.

Most recent school fee statement.
Successful Applications
If the application is approved for admission, a non-refundable registration fee of R2 000,00 will be required to secure the child's place at Victory House.
Only once this registration fee has been paid will the enrollment of the child be considered complete and final.
Please note that priority is given to siblings currently enrolled at Victory House.
Aftercare Applications
Victory House Private School also provides a safe and secure Aftercare service (at an additional fee). See fee structure link below.
Children are provided with food and dedicated classrooms with dedicated staff for them to complete their homework each day.
They are also allowed ample time for play once their relevant activities are completed.
Please note that the aftercare service is only available for Grade R to Grade 7 Learners.
